More About My New Book: Saving Your Rainforest Mind–A Guided Journal for the Curious, Creative, Smart, & Sensitive

I promise to stop bombarding you with information about my new book soon! But if you watch the video, you’ll get a nice 2 minute summary of what it is all about and how I see this book as the third in the rainforest mind trilogy! AND you will get to hear my oh-so-sultry voice and see me in action, which is somewhat hilarious, if you want to know the truth!

And, if that isn’t enough, just to tempt you further, at the back of the book, I have included some of my own journal entries with titles like: The Woman Who Was a Walking Satellite Dish and When the Tango Dancing Therapist Loved the Nature-Obsessed Neighbor From Hell and Dear Future Boyfriend and The Woman Who Thought She Was Morose and Sullen but Was Really Sweet, Bighearted, Loving, Funny, Smart, Sensitive, and a General Goofball. And much more! I’m hoping my journal entries will show you that you are not alone on your healing journey and in your never-ending quest for self-understanding, inner peace, a better world, and the perfect hair gel.

(Important note: If you have been waiting to buy my book from your favorite independent bookstore, they tell me it should be available by the end of this week. So sorry for the delay!!)

And, when you do buy my book, I would be extremely grateful if you would write a little review on Amazon. Those reviews really do make a difference. And you don’t need to write anything long or perfectly, brilliantly expressed. Short and gushing with admiration will do just fine! I have received some wonderful feedback so far and those of you who are technologically adept, send me your videos and I will share them on social media, if you are ok with that. (or I will just watch them and be grateful!) I would also love to read some of your entries and see photos of your writing and drawings! With your permission, I could share portions of them here on the blog.

So, thank you all for your continued support and love. It means the world to me.

I’m back from holidays and discover your lovely video for your new book – thanks! My budget is a bit tight right now (hm, too many temptations on holiday…), so I will wait until September to order it. Thank you, Paula, for all your work, I look forward to reading your book! And congrats for your third (wow!) book, well done!

It’s available at Amazon UK now, I admit I haven’t kept up well with the excerpts recently but nonetheless there was a certain inevitability about me purchasing it almost straightaway when I saw that it was available. While I can strongly relate to various labels/concepts, e.g. Highly Sensitive Person, emotional intensity, giftedness etc., I am still yet to come across one that is as complete an all-round match for me as your concept of the rainforest mind. I’m also seriously considering journaling more regularly so the journaling aspect could help with that as well.
